Catherine Edelman Gallery is thrilled to present the fourth installment of Art Speaks, that takes place in the gallery every second Saturday from 12:00 – 1:00 pm. This new year-round initiative invites local writers and poets to read pieces they have written based on the theme present in the exhibition on view, providing a venue for local writers to share their work. Our goal is to encourage and stimulate creative expression in an interdisciplinary setting, offering an opportunity for local creatives to collaborate and form connections. The works being read will range from poetry to fiction, experimental to narrative.

Join us December 14 to hear Carrie Olivia Adams, Susan Aurinko, Amanda Marbais, Jeannette Green, Marya Spont-Lemus, and Lani T. Montreal read work based on the theme “Acts Without Words” in conjunction with our current exhibition Robert & Shana ParkeHarrison: Acts Without Words. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
