Last night Carnegie Hall was buzzing with excitement as the Lucie Foundation awarded The International Photographer of the Year Award. The IPA Photographer of the Year competition, a sister-effort of the Lucie Foundation, is hand selected by an international jury of photography professionals. This year, we are thrilled to congratulate Sandro Miller for receiving the IPA Lucie Award for the year 2nd year in a row!
