The Library of Congress acquires work by Daniel Beltrá and Joel-Peter Witkin

We are excited to announce that The Library of Congress has acquired Daniel Beltrá’s Oil Spill #1, 2010 and Joel-Peter Witkin’s The Raft of George W. Bush, New Mexico, 2006 for their permanent collection.
