Joel-Peter Witkin’s The Raft of George W. Bush, was returned to us this week from an exhibition at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center. It’s a stunning print, and we decided to hang it in Gallery Two this morning so that visitors for the Robert & Shana ParkeHarrison show would be able to see it as well. In the video below, Witkin gives a little background into the creation of this photo, and then goes on to talk about the rest of the work in his 2008 exhibition, Poetic Realism.
